This Friday (20), Wise Bank closed the accounts of Brazilian clients residing in Europe without explanation or prior notice. The affected users were unable to access the funds deposited with the institution through the application.
The foundation explained in a message on the Wise app that it could not reveal the reason for the blocking and would analyze the disputes.
