According to WhatsApp, the app is stopping working because older devices are no longer able to receive security updates and new software changes.
Currently, WhatsApp is compatible with Android OS 5.0 and above; iOS 12 and above; and KaiOS 2.5.0 and above, including JioPhone and JioPhone 2 devices.

- iPhone: iPhone SE, iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPhone 6S Plus;
- Others: Alcatel Go Flip 2, Grand S Flex, Grand Memo, Xperia M.
