The quarter-final matches of the Copa Betano do Brasil have been decided. Focusing on the classic match between Palmeiras and Sao Paulo, the matches were drawn on Tuesday, at the headquarters of the Brazilian Football Confederation, in Rio.

The matches will be played in the first two weeks of July (the 5th and 12th base date), on dates to be announced shortly by the CBF, and will determine the four seeds for the semi-finals.
In addition to Palmeiras and São Paulo, the other three duels in the quarter-finals are: Corinthians x América Mineiro, Grêmio x Bahia and Athletico Paranaense x Flamengo. Dates have not been set yet.
Of the eight clubs present at this stage of the Copa do Brasil, five have already won the tournament championship. And for this season, the winner of the tournament will receive 70 million for the title, in addition to the rating prizes in the previous stages. In total, the CBF will distribute R$500 million throughout the competition.
