To this end, the SECITECI (Secretariat of State for Science, Technology and Innovation) schools will serve Mato Grosso through vocational education focused on offering courses that generate employability.

In our technical schools, all activities will be guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to broaden the international expression of the SECITECI initiative, to achieve the project objective and the necessary institutional strengthening, taking into account the setting of construction priorities. Adaptability to exchange rate, climate change, with special attention to water resources by CT&I and EDUPROFI.

Furthermore, with a commitment to reduce regional disparities in machine translation and the impact of water problems on them, we will consider hydrographic basins as reference units for building hypotheses, tests and dissemination of new knowledge and technological practices to reach the SDGs and operational units, they must have flexibility in the proliferation of actions, head on , mixed and virtual forms, for the various actors (individual and institutional) in their fields of action.

Thus, the operational units of EDUPROFI will have the objective of maintaining, improving and creating new courses of professional education, with reference to the previous principles and characteristics of its field of work; Expansion of training activities, in various forms, for young people and adults; Implementation and operation of a business incubator to support regional employment and income; operation of the climate monitoring station on the SECITECI platform and the multiplication of its information on the networks in its working area; Operation of seed collection, grading and seedling propagation unit to resist climate change; Operation of the “Micro Data Center” (UCSMC Computing Module for Climate Monitoring System) of the SMART (Resilient Transformational Environment Monitoring System) platform for the SECITECI Water Resources and Climate Monitoring platform; To develop permanent activities for social networking and dissemination of innovations; support activities that promote greater flexibility in the use of watershed spaces for the problem of climate change, giving priority to water resources, on the basis of adaptations and constructions; and the construction of a solar power plant in the technology park, in Varzia Grande, to supply an electric bus. These operational principles guide the detailed procedures of the Academy, with national and international companies in collaborative efforts to generate new technologies and innovations.

Except for the formal activities of vocational education, for the operational units in EDUPROFI, others must be developed by Parque do Rio Pari as an area of ​​information in climate change monitoring and the “space phase” of hydrographic basins (being innovative purpose of CT&I in Parque do Rio Pari, which will require rapid construction of capacity to national and international expression). However, in order to expand the necessary synergistic actions, in the face of climate change challenges, it is important to multiply joint actions, in both national and international innovation ecosystems.
