The Board of Directors of Totvs (TOTS3) approved the payment of equity interest (JCP), in the total amount of R$ 126,797,940.99. The information was released on Wednesday night the 29th.
The value per share is R$0.21.
All shareholders who owned shares on the principal date of December 4, 2023 are entitled to the JCP.
Quota negotiations, from 5 December 2023 onwards, will be conducted through the former JCP.
Payment will be made on December 22, 2023.
