A man decided to paint a pair of his favorite Nike sneakers on his feet. The reason for the realistic design surprised tattoo artist Dean Gunther, 34, who is in charge of the art: The client was tired of buying new shoes.

According to British newspaper The Mirror, the tattoo made by the realist took about 8 hours to complete in a Manchester studio, in the UK, and was approved by the client.
“I had to make sure everything was flowing with the curves of the body. The stencil wouldn’t work in this case, so it’s all manual,” Gunther explained.
