COMJOVEM – The Committee of Young Entrepreneurs and Passenger Transport Executives of FETPESP, a consortium representing passenger bus companies in the state of São Paulo, will hold its second meeting since its establishment.
The initiative, which aims to train and expand participation in the sector of these professionals, aims to bring together the successors of the companies that are part of the federation and the unions that compose it.
At the upcoming meeting, the event will feature Rebecca Bezerra Lite, founder of Mobs2, a science and data startup focused on reducing costs and increasing efficiency in transportation operations.

For COMJOVEM coordinator and creator of passenger transport, Luciana Herszkowicz, the union of these young entrepreneurs will make a difference in the sector. In addition to being a stimulating and inspiring project, Luciana is betting that it will generate discussion, innovation and engagement.
“Our goal is for the movement, which began in the state of São Paulo, to grow nationwide and increasingly rely on the participation of those young people who are responsible for the sector’s growth and future.Luciana said.
The first edition featured a lecture by Luana Flick, Managing Director of Oro e Prata, which addressed the topic of family succession and the importance of corporate governance.
In this second meeting, Rebeca Bezerra Leite, from her professional experience, will talk about data science and education as defining factors to increase efficiency and reduce costs in fleet management.
