A cat found an alligator’s head in the backyard and took the remains back to their owners. The case occurred in Waukesha County, VA Wisconsin (USA)🇧🇷

In an interview with FoxWendy Fiesehuegel, the animal’s owner, said the cat tugged at the alligator’s head as if it was a trophy.

“Unexpected for sure. He was very proud of himself,” he said.

Wendy said she saw the cat playing with something in the distance, but assumed it was a fish, since it lives near Lake Kissos. “But [ao se aproximar]I bent down and thought, “This is not a fish. This is a crocodile.”

The American contacted the Department of Natural Resources’ Director of Conservation, Tim Asperson, to report the situation. According to the expert, the corpse looked like a real animal, which would be about a meter long.

Because the appearance of alligators is not uncommon in the area, Wendy said she considers the case a warning, as the presence of the reptiles in the lake could threaten the safety of residents and swimmers.

“I thought about how serious this is and how awful it would be if I was on the lake and it was summer and people were swimming,” he said.
