On the eve of the Women’s World Cup, Spotify has released a ranking of the countries that have created the most playlists on the “World Cup” theme.
Brazil is first class
Brazil appeared at number four on the list with 31,800 playlists created this year alone.
The number represents nearly 10% of the total 399,000 registrants on the platform. The country is in second place after the USA, the UK and Spain – Sweden closes the top five.
Famed writer “Waka Waka” Colombian Shakira tops the ranking of the most popular female artists in playlists with the term “World Cup”.
