Series A: Watch the matches and the team’s risk of relegation in the last three rounds

The Brazilian Championship begins, on Tuesday (28), round 36. So far, there are nine clubs that are still, mathematically, in the fight against relegation. Figures are from UFMG’s Department of Mathematics.

There are nine teams in mathematical danger of relegation. Sao Paulo (44 points) and Internacional (46 points) have less than 1% chance and were ignored. Below is the fixture list for each team still in the competition and their chance of relegation at the end of the round.

The match that ended in the 35th round of the Brazilian League was a 1-0 victory for Cruzeiro, on Monday (27), at the Serenha Stadium in Goiânia. Robert’s goal 50 minutes after the start of the second half increased the star team’s chances of relegation in the tournament.

At the end of the dispute, two teams on the list will play in the second division in 2024. They will join Curitiba and América who have already been relegated.
