WhatsApp recently launched a new functionality that allows users to search for conversations by date on the mobile app Android.
This function, available for iPhone (iOS) devices since last year, allows you to locate messages that were shared on a specific day, making it easier to search for information exchanged in previous chats.
This feature is especially useful for users who need to remember the content of a conversation on a specific date, but don't remember exactly what was discussed.
It is available for both group and individual conversations, providing a fast and efficient way to find important information among a large number of messages.

In addition to searching by date, the app also lets you search for media, links, and documents in conversations, which is used to find photos, videos, or other shared files.
The new WhatsApp feature for Android
Through the new function, users can quickly access content desired, without having to manually scroll through all messages.
To use the search by date feature, simply open any WhatsApp conversation, tap the name of the contact or group at the top of the screen, then tap Search, next to the Push icon.
You can then select the desired date using the calendar icon that appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
When you select the desired date option, the conversation should be available. In other words, if you delete the messages in the conversation, you won't be able to view any content.
This new feature represents another improvement in the WhatsApp user experience, making navigating through personal conversations easier and more convenient.
With additional features like text formatting and advanced search, to request It continues to improve its functionality and provide a more complete experience for users.
