Saulo Poncio was arrested for robbery in Las Vegas, United States

Singer Saulo Poncio (27 years old) was arrested on charges of robbery in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States. The American police recorded the Brazilian’s arrest on November 4 of this year, but it did not become public until more than a month later, this Thursday (7).

According to police records, Saulo was arrested without a warrant and was identified as a “fugitive from justice” from the United States. It was not described what the Brazilian singer stole or who stole from him in Las Vegas, nor the date of the crime, only the date of the arrest.

The bail set by the US court for Saulo's release was US$88,500 (about R$434,287 in current value). In Las Vegas and other jurisdictions in the United States, there are two types of bail: cash or surety. In the first case, the full amount must be paid in cash, but in the second case, the payment can be partial.

The type of bail paid for Saulo Boncio's release was not revealed, but since the date of his arrest he has returned to social media – suggesting that he would have paid at least part of the bail for his release. Saulo has only made one post on social media. He appears on the recording alongside singer Luan Otten, with whom he formed the duo Um44K. The post only contains a photo of the two, without any caption.

Itataya attempted to contact representatives of Saulo Boncio and his family, but had not received any response at the time of publishing this article.
