São Paulo will receive the first luxury residential unit signed by the famous Armani/Casa brand, as a result of the partnership between Cyrela and J. Safra Properties. With more than R$700 million in public sales value (PSV), the project promises to change the skyline of the capital city of São Paulo and position itself as one of the most prestigious luxury residential projects in the world.
Located in Jardim Guedala, an upscale area in the Morumbi region, the residential complex will contain two independent towers with a height of 206 metres, which will be among the tallest buildings in the capital, São Paulo. The residential units will range in size from 350 to 520 square metres, while the penthouse apartments, described as “floating homes”, will occupy spaces ranging from 700 to 850 square metres. The project also provides a range of high-level amenities, both internal and external.
The partnership with Armani/Casa, known for its exclusive design and use of cutting-edge materials, provides detailed coordination in the selection of furniture, accessories and fabrics, and raises the level of design and finishing of the project. The Italian brand has already been present in luxury projects in cities such as Miami, Dubai and Beijing, and is now making its debut in São Paulo.
