Registration is open for Data Science and Google Cloud courses

Registration is now open for the courses “Data Science Fundamentals – Google Cloud” and “Cloud Services Implementation for Google Cloud Foundations”. Interested parties should come to the Productive Social Inclusion Center (Nisp), located at the Citizens Service Center (NAC), Dr. Lauro Correia da Silva Street, 3800, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A free partnership initiative between the Social Fund, Cyprosum and Sinai.

To register, you must be at least 14 years old, have completed primary education and have basic computer skills. When registering, interested parties must present the original and copies of their ID card, CPF number, proof of address and education. Persons between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by their guardian, who must also present the original and a copy of their ID card and CPF number.

The Data Science Fundamentals – Google Cloud course will consist of 20 hours of study. The goal is to develop the skills needed to implement data science services in the cloud, using methods, algorithms, and systems to extract knowledge and insights from public and private data.

Lessons will be held in the NAC computer room, between 22 and 29, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 1pm to 5pm.

The course “Implementing Cloud Services for Google Cloud Foundations” will contain 40 hours of study. The content aims to prepare the student for the “Cloud Digital Leader” certification, which allows the expression of the resources of the main Google Cloud products and services. In this case, the goal is to develop the necessary capabilities to implement data storage and analysis services, using the main technologies available in cloud services. The classes will be held in the NAC computer room, between August 1 and 16, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 1 pm to 5 pm.
