FAPESP Agency – A postdoctoral opportunity is available with a FAPESP grant through the project “Innovative approaches to improve the nutritional quality of gluten-free bakery products and evaluate their potential health benefits from experiments in the laboratory, In vivo And doctorsThe registration deadline is July 14th.
The project is being implemented at the Institute of Health and Society of the Federal University of São Paulo (ISS-Unifesp), Santos Campus.
Job requirements include: Experience in methods in the laboratory Or with clinical trials, food chemical analysis, statistical analysis, and scientific writing.

The postdoctoral opportunity is open to Brazilians and foreigners. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Postdoctoral Scholarship in the amount of R$ 12,000.00 per month starting from August 1 and a technical reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the scholarship to cover unforeseen expenses directly related to the research activity.
