The product arrived quickly, well packaged in the box, and loaded, so I actually tested it out and it did indeed work to remove pills from some clothes, however, it did not remove fur or hair, which I thought would come out too but no. The product does what it promises, works well, fast delivery, but I found the battery life to be small, I couldn’t finish even a small piece without having to recharge, not to mention there’s no point in keeping it charged because it runs out, even without using it. Priscilla
