Payment of the second installment of the IR refund has a fixed date; see any

The tax authority I recently divided Income Tax Refunds (IR) into five groups. The first version was released on May 31, so another round is about to begin. See official calendar dates and who it should be is back In this new phase in the second installment.

Although the deadline for the IR 2022 announcement has been extended, the IRS has not changed the recovery calendar in any way. Thus, on the last day of delivery of the declaration, the first part of the payment was also made.

Second batch of refund

Thus, the payback period runs from May to September. It is being released in one payment per month. Therefore, now in June, more taxpayers will receive the amounts in the account indicated during the declaration.

Now, from the second batch of refunds onwards, the sequence is according to the delivery date, i.e. who delivered it first will get it sooner. The refund is calculated based on the total income and income bracket of the taxpayer.

According to Federal Revenue, the advisory for the second batch of refunds should be released on June 23. At this point, R$6.3 billion is expected to be paid.

The consultation is done through the My Tax website Enter. In Services, go to the option “Refund Consultation”. It is necessary to inform the CPF, year of declaration and date of birth to access the information.
