Today, Nintendo released a firmware update for the Nintendo Switch.
Version 12.1.0 of the system is introduced with improvements in data management in the internal memory or microSD when there is no space for new downloads. Joy-Con has also received a firmware update.

The following system functions have been added:
- If there is not enough space left on the system memory (internal storage) or on the microSD card when downloading the game software update data, you can now delete the old data from this software, allowing you to download the new data.
- When you delete the old dice, you will not be able to play until the download of the new dice is complete.
General system stability improvements have been made to improve the user experience.
