Realme, which aims to be the global reference in fast charging, has announced a new technology called supersonic charging 320 watts. The company showed that the “supercharger” can fully charge a smartphone in just four minutes and 30 seconds.
In just one minute, the 320W charger can charge a device up to 26% and takes less than two minutes to reach over 50% charge.
These speeds were made possible thanks to two innovations announced at an event in Shenzhen, China. Realme managed to increase the power of its 240W charger, which it launched last year, to 320W in the latest announcement, but without increasing the size of the device.
Early last year, Realme introduced GT Neo 5 Which at the time was the fastest charging smartphone available, at 240W, and capable of fully recharging its 4,600mAh battery in nine and a half minutes.
