Even if it is just an attempt to make sense of a complex fact, it allows us to glimpse a glimpse into the country we will have in the future. It is the image of a moving object representing the effort of the government and society in the field of scientific and technological knowledge that determines the pace, scope and direction of the social and economic development of the country. The main purpose of this page is to provide specialized information to the scientific community, policy makers, legislators, the press, students and society at large.
