Good news for millions of Brazilian workers! The salary bonus, also known as PIS/Pasep, is available for withdrawal to 4.2 million workers across the country. Hence, the value of the benefit varies according to the length of time worked under a formal contract and can reach the minimum wage, i.e. R$ 1,412.00.
In this way, transfers are made according to the date of birth of the worker entitled to the benefit, and on Monday (17) PIS/Pasep was launched for workers born in July and August. Therefore, the withdrawal can be made at the Caixa Econômica Federal (private sector workers) or at the Banco do Brasil (public sector employees).
