Marta and Debinha present themselves to the Brazilian women’s team in the United States

On Monday night, in Portland, USA, Martha and Deepinha performed for the Brazilian women’s team. With that, the team formed by 22 players was finished. Due to their commitment to their clubs in the American Women’s Football League (NWSL), the two joined the delegation nine days after production began. The team will leave for Japan and remain in the United States until July 15.

Before presenting themselves to the Brazil team, the two faced each other in the NWSL round. In this fight, Debinha’s North Carolina brave beat Marta’s team Orlando Bright 2-0 with a Brazilian goal.

The pair will take part in the first group training on Tuesday in Portland, USA at 5pm (local time). The women’s team will congregate in the North American city until July 15, when it will take place in Sendai, Japan. Brazil’s debut in the Olympics will take place on July 21 against China in Miyagi.
