The special edition of the City Observatory’s Macaé Science Bulletin will have the theme “Science and Its Researchers”. For this, the organization, associated with the Assistant Secretariat for Higher Education, has opened the registration period for research groups operating in the municipality and in the North Fluminense region. Registration must be completed by December 27 in this form.

The initiative aims to map all research groups and activities operating in Macaé and the region, with the aim of highlighting research and supporting science for the development of North Fluminense, and finding solutions to improve the quality of life for the community.

The fields of study and research at the Observatório da Cidade de Macaé are: business and economics; state, society and social policies; urban infrastructure planning and management; Environmental management and sustainable development.

The special edition of the Macaé Science Bulletin will be published in February. The material is always published in digital form, available on the official website of the Town Hall, as well as on the tab of the General Secretariat for Higher Education.
