Delivers what it promises. I keep my hand steady on it, just moving it with my thumb and index finger to pick something up. I don’t have tendonitis issues, but for those who do or have some hand limitations, it’s a great option. I especially miss moving the mouse with my hand, especially since I use it at home – at work I use a regular mouse, so I miss moving the mouse a little. casio alexander

Some consumers have complained about excessive use of the mouse, which can cause thumb injuries, as well as trackball sensitivity.

This trackball mouse solves my wrist pain. However, it is very sensitive, and requires a lot of precision and control (no vibration) when moving the thumb (which directs the ball). I have it set in the options to the minimum speed, but I would prefer to reduce the “speed” of the ball movement a little more. I guess that is not possible. The product is what it is.
