History
The innovative company was created in 2020 during the pandemic. The idea to invest in the product arose from a problem that Enkenho Cafe de Acai owner and her husband saw close to home, the inappropriate disposal of solid waste from acai farming industries. The businessman estimates that about 24 tons of acai seeds are wasted every month in the towns of Macapa and Santana alone. The startup has to go through Sebrae’s Inova Amazônia program to achieve its current results.
