As stipulated in Clause V of Article 19 of the RFB Normative Instruction No. 2005 of January 29, 2021, social security contributions and social contributions due to third parties resulting from conviction or certification decisions issued by the Labor Court, which become final as of October 1.2023, It must be registered in eSocial and recognized in DCTFWeb – Reclamatória Trabalhista.

Therefore, with respect to conviction or certification decisions of the Labor Court which become final as of 1 October 2023, the GFIP no It should no longer be used to declare workers’ claim debts, nor should GPS be used to pay amounts owed.

In fact, in this case, the numbered DCTFWeb and DARF must be used for information and payment purposes, respectively.

It is important to note that the GFIP and GPS must continue to be used for final conviction or certification decisions issued by the Labor Court until September 30, 2023, even if compiled after October 1, 2023.
