This week, Prince William turned 40. Lady Di and Prince Charles’ eldest son celebrated discreetly and received a generous gift from his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
And according to the Daily Mirror, the Queen has given permission for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to hold a joint 40th birthday party at one of their royal residences. William got permission to have the party at his grandmother’s house in Windsor Castle or Sandringham Estate later this summer, that is, until the end of September.
In addition, according to information from Closer magazine, a source claimed that Kate Middleton “silently sent a message” to Prince Harry asking him to make some kind of contact with William on his birthday.
According to the source: “Kate is a wonderful diplomat and an eternal optimist. She is absolutely convinced that one day Harry will reconnect with his brother.”
“If I could somehow make adjustments with the boys, albeit temporarily, it would be the greatest birthday gift William could wish for,” the source added.
It comes as the feud between Prince Harry and Prince William continues to grow, with the Duke of Cambridge even avoiding the Duke of Sussex during his brief visit to the UK for the Queen’s Jubilee earlier this month.
