Understand the confusion
For those who don’t remember, on March 3, 2021, the British newspaper The Times published a report in a report The British monarch’s advisers confirmed that they were victims of bullying by Meghan Markle in 2018. According to the newspaper, one of the Duchess of Sussex’s closest personal aide had lodged a complaint of intimidation while she was staying at Sussex Palace in Kensington.
This “leak” of information from inside the palace to the British press happened strangely days before the broadcast of Meghan and Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
This was the interview that, among other things, Meghan revealed that members of the royal family had made racist comments about her and her son and that she had had suicidal thoughts, without getting any psychological help from the Crown.
The crown prince responsible for disclosing this information to the press was Jason Knauf, a former adviser to Meghan Markle.
Another curious fact is that Jason Knauf, rather than being separated from the British crown, appears to have received a promotion: since he was later appointed CEO of the Royal Foundation of Prince William and Kate Middleton (the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Kate Middleton). The Duchess of Cambridge). He ended up quitting last year claiming he had other offers.
internal investigation
In June of this year, a report in London’s Sunday Times revealed that Queen Elizabeth had paid a private company to conduct an independent investigation into the human resources area of Buckingham Palace.
The final report resulted in changes to the “policies and procedures” that govern the treatment of officials of the monarchy.
The findings of the alleged bullying report have not been made public, but it quoted a spokesperson for Meghan Markle who denied all allegations of bullying adding that she was “sad at this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been targeted with bullying”. Ethical harassment.”
“Prone to fits of apathy. Problem solver. Twitter buff. Wannabe music advocate.”
