Justin Bieber, who sang at Rock in Rio, on Sunday (04), canceled performances scheduled in Sao Paulo, on September 14 and 15. The information was confirmed this Tuesday (06) by producer T4F.
He canceled all shows in Latin America, including Chile and Argentina, due to mental health issues. In a message to fans, posted on Instagram stories, Bieber spoke about his facial paralysis and said he gave everything he had for the concert at the festival.
Earlier this year, I announced my battle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, in which my face was partially paralyzed. As a result of this illness, I was unable to complete the North American phase of the Justice Tour,” Bieber began.
After resting and consulting with my doctors, family and staff, I headed to Europe to try to continue the tour. I did six live shows, but it cost me too much. Last weekend, I sang rock in Rio and gave everything I had to people in Brazil. After leaving the stage, he dominated I have to exhaustion and I realize I need to make my health a priority now.”
“So I’m taking a break from touring for now. I’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and get better. I’m so proud to bring this show and our message of justice to the world.”
There is no information on cancellations for the remainder of the tour. The star is scheduled to be held in South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and more countries. The deadline for the Justice Tour is March 25, 2023 in Poland.
The producer responsible for Justin Bieber’s concerts, T4F Entretenimento, posted a statement on his networks about the cancellation.
