“During this period in the epidemic I discovered a new meaning of physical activity in my life. It was a moment when I decided to try different activities and put this practice as a daily routine as soon as I wake up,” he says.
Interest in new habits arose with common problems of this period of social isolation. “I understood the benefit that exercise brings to mental health, anxiety, and emotions so common in this pandemic period in which we all live in, and exercise came as allies. I understood that beyond just an aesthetic matter, it is essential to our spirit,” he believes.
Even Julia attended an online gym. “There I can contact other people at home also exercise at the same time, and I live, and I try to pass this motivation on to people who follow me and want to feel good about themselves during this epidemic. I even combine schedules so we can do it all together,” he said. Says.
But training at home takes more dedication and focus. “It takes a lot of attention in the direction the teacher has given but with the camera turned on, I can follow it well. This showed me how we all try to adapt in the best way,” he assesses.
Julia has also started doing yoga. “It was an enjoyable experience. I think we should always try new things, and let us know about new activities. I agreed with myself that I will know as many new things as possible, develop in different aspects, and strive for self-knowledge.
