Itaú Unibanco opens vacancies in the intern program with a salary of up to R$7,600

On Tuesday (10), Itaú Unibanco opened registration for the Trainee Program 2022. Candidates will have the possibility to choose between two development journeys: wholesale and retail. Students must be graduating from any course in the micro, human or biological fields as of December 2019. University students who have taken internships scheduled until July 2023 can also apply.

For the wholesale trade route, the company requires an advanced level of English. For those who do not speak English, the bank will offer language courses. In the first stage of selection, the professional aspect will be analyzed, without the assessors having access to the personal data of the candidates.

Interns will be mentored and monitored by senior leadership, as well as networking and experience-sharing opportunities with line managers. The salary is R$7,600, with profit sharing and other benefits, such as meal vouchers, daycare assistance, Gympass and life insurance.

Registration is open until September 13th from the site. It is also possible to carry out the process through the Trainee Feito Com Você app, which provides content about the bank and the selection process.

It is noteworthy that in the latest version of the program, with more than 86 thousand subscribers, 50% of those approved declare themselves black and brown and 63% are women. This year, the bank continues to focus on diversification.
