Senator Simon Tibbett (MDB), the presidential candidate in this year’s election, accused President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) of using Queen Elizabeth II’s wake as an election campaign. She regretted that the current CEO, who is in London, had no respect for the British mourning.
Simon Tibbett commented on the President’s visit to the funeral and lamented that he did not respect the mourning of the British. “Once again, it appears that Bolsonaro did not go to England out of solidarity or in sincere homage to Queen Elizabeth II. He noted that Bolsonaro kept his campaign all along on the other side of the Atlantic, in blatant disdain to mourn an entire nation, and the entire people of the United Kingdom.”
“Bolsonaro, once again, embarrasses all Brazilians and shows the world what we have known since contracting the virus: a person without any feeling or sympathy for the pain of others,” the candidate added.
