According to Robotics, Flippy 2 can handle about 60 frying baskets per hour.
In addition, the engine takes up 56% less aisle space and 13% less than its predecessor. Another advantage is that small-scale surfaces need to be cleaned, which allows for a lower cost.
The Flippy 2 also features the AutoBin system, which allows you to handle special foods such as onion rings and customizable box chicken breasts.
Mizo Robotics claims that the machine can perform twice as many food preparation tasks as its predecessors, such as basket filling, emptying and retrieval.
Jeff Carber, White Castle’s COO, says the brand’s partnership with Robotics will lead to the next steps in internal restaurant operations to improve staffing and customer satisfaction.
