FENASPS, right at the beginning of the meeting, asked to return the points that had been submitted in the previous meeting, to which the CEO replied one by one. Check out the points below:
debt installments
The CEO reported that a proposal for a new Refis had already been sent to the Conad through a Technical Note. CONAD realized that the proposal could be improved and the matter was decided at the next Conad meeting.
Fenasps requested that Direx also analyze that beneficiaries who are already on installments can move to the new Refis.
Proportionality in the business owner for each capital
Fenasps reaffirmed the urgent need to increase the value of per person by the government to ensure parity in contributing to the plan as health benefits. He also reported that he had already sent two letters, to the Civil House and the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), requesting that an urgent hearing be scheduled.
FENASPS representatives also emphasized the need for greater effort on the part of GEAP in the process of seeking an increase per person employer.
The Director-President stated that he had been negotiating with the Civil House in this regard, and was making himself available, together with the Federation, to seek an increase in per person with the government.
Certified network coverage
The federation reaffirmed the need to increase and improve the network, particularly in the interior areas and in the new plans created by the House. The Director General stated that a consulting company has been contracted about the network in the country for possible agreements with companies that already provide health services, especially in places where it is difficult to contract with service providers, with the aim of reshaping the network throughout the country.
Also, given the precarious situation of several regional offices, the GEAP / Saúde administration is discussing the possibility of transforming the oversight bodies also into women’s reference clinics and suitable places for Telehealth rather than just bureaucratic assistance.
zero charge
FENASPS representatives demanded a return on the issue of beneficiaries migrating from GEAP/Saúde to a smaller plan and later decided to revert to the earlier plan, since the grid on smaller, state-specific plans is smaller, and they are subject to a grace period like if you were entering a new plane.
FENASPS has made it clear that the beneficiary has a previous life in the larger plan that must be taken into account when returning to it and, therefore, should not be subject to a grace period penalty. He also reported that GEAP understands that upon its return it will be outside the value of the signed agreement.
The CEO replied to the union that it is checking these situations and that it understands that it is possible to reset the grace period in these cases. He called on the Financial Council to prepare a proposal on the subject, seeking to keep the beneficiary at home as a member of the plan without a grace period and within the umbrella of the agreement.
FENASPS reaffirmed the demand for flexibility in licensing, as well as the proposal for decentralization in these licensing.
Actuarial study
The Director-President reported that GEAP contracts with financial, governance and contract audit firms to verify the true status of the organization, as requested by FENASPS in previous meeting.
At the end of the meeting, the CEO also informed that the classic and basic plans will now be modified in May, for payment in June, and the readjustment value will be 5.77%, according to the IPCA.
The director explained that the GEAP Board of Directors had sent Conad the readjustment value of 8.7%, but the Board did not agree, and after discussions it was signed with a value of 5.77%.
