Bard is Google’s AI chatbot capable of talking to users and answering many questions on any topic. A Google account is required to use the tool which stores all conversations. However, there is a way to delete history in a few clicks and prevent unwanted records from being available on your profile.
How do I delete my bard history?
You can remove Bard chat history with just a few clicks. The AI tool also lets you set specific periods to remove them — good for those who like to keep old conversations and just want recent information deleted, for example.
- Bard access (bard.google.com);
- Click on the three lines icon in the upper left corner;
- Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner.
- click the “Delete” button;
- select “all period”;
- Click Delete.
Bard also allows you to delete your history by specifying custom periods, such as queries made in the last 24 hours or just the last hour.
How do I program to delete my bard history?
If you prefer, you can automate deletions from your Bard history — you can even set different time periods so there’s no risk of forgotten conversations there.
