How much does an app driver earn in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Research shows earnings in 10 capital cities

A survey conducted by the StopClub platform for ride-hailing app operators revealed the average earnings of these professionals in ten Brazilian capitals. The cities where drivers earn the most are the capitals of the southeastern region of the country, with São Paulo in the lead, followed by Rio de Janeiro and then Belo Horizonte.

To make the calculation, the platform made estimates based on data provided by users. The net salary takes into account the driver’s fuel expenses, the vehicle ownership tax (IPVA), and maintenance costs.

The app allows drivers to use an expense calculator and an earnings calculator, allowing data to be collected to arrive at results. For the survey, the company says it used information from 42,000 people who entered information into the app, with data from November 2023 to June 2024.

However, the values may vary. Some drivers work with rented cars, for example, and the working hours are determined by each worker, as well as the number of trips to be made per day. In addition, there is the cost of food and other expenses that vary depending on each person’s circumstances.
