Help me continue to live please

Hi, I’m Maryrose, known to friends and family as a young woman. I’ve had severe stomach and back pain for years but didn’t know what it was…and never found the problem. In July of this year I went for some tests because my hair started falling out, a lot of balls came out on my stomach and I had heartburn that wouldn’t go away. They found out there was a problem with my bladder and I needed to be hospitalized immediately, and during the ultrasound, the doctors saw a spot on my pancreas. They ordered a CT scan and that’s when my suffering began… It was a malignant tumor in the head of the pancreas where it had already taken over the main arteries, making it inoperable. After all this, I felt severe pain that I could not bear anymore… They saw that the tumor was malignant and was already 9 cm in size and affected part of the intestine, stomach, pancreas, gallbladder and liver. I was flown to São Paulo where I was able to have an endoscopic ERCP to collect the bile fluid and find out what type it was…unfortunately, it is a very rare tumor. I started chemo… I couldn’t stand it. A new opportunity for survival with some quality of life and improvement in very severe pain arose. It’s immunotherapy that requires some applications of expensive medicine, which we can’t afford… But I really want to live, and my faith is so strong I don’t want to give up!
