The Heinz brand has launched an “Into the Internet Sea” campaign to find A man spent 24 days adrift at sea with only ketchup and canned spices. Elvis François, 47, was repairing his boat near the Dutch part of the island of St Maarten in December 2022 when the vessel was towed out to sea.
In February of this year, the company published Finding the Man. “For anyone finding this message, we need your help tracking down an amazing man with an amazing story,” the Instagram post reads. “Heinz wants to celebrate his safe return home and help him buy a new boat.”

Brand even said that so far, none of their attempts to find François have been successful. So he suggested fans use the English hashtag #findtheketchupboatguy to broaden their search.
Remember the condition
François, 47, was repairing his boat near the Dutch part of St Maarten island in December when it was pulled overboard. He told the Colombian authorities that he lacked the navigational knowledge to return to shore and had spent 24 days at sea. He lived on a bottle of ketchup and condiments he mixed with water.
