Meanwhile, “As It Was” ruled the No. 1 single for the eighth week in a row, while “Late Night Talking” and “Music for a Sushi Restaurant” came in the number of songs to enter the singles rankings. In Great Britain, only three songs from the same album appear in the top 100.
Other than that, Styles’ other two albums also looked good in the charts. “Fine Line” (2018) is in eighth place and his named debut (2017) is in 29th place.
All the latest works and other news including M Hancho (see below) in the top 10 are in the rankings. The top 40 “The Heart Is a Strange”, 11th by xPropaganda and 39th by “Water Slide, Diving Board, Ladder to the Sky”.
Some albums also returned to the charts. Re-release number celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Clash “Combat Rock”. Came in at 20. Jack Soveretti’s “Europiana” took 22nd place with extra tracks, while Rick Astley’s “When Were You Need Sambadi” took 28th place in the 35th Anniversary Special Edition. Finally, after the band returned to the UK this week, the set of biggest hits came in 34th.
Singles ranking
Despite the dominance of Harry Styles, there was room for a few more introductions on the singles chart. There were two: Aitch’s “1989” 23rd and N-dubz’s “Charmer” 32nd. Also noteworthy is the fact that “IFTK (with La Roux)” went from 16th to eighth, and “21 Reasons (with all Henderson)”, rising from 41st to 20th.
