Haddad says taxing millionaires is one scenario to ease the internal rate of return by up to R$5,000.

“We prefer to use the time in the best possible way for approval. We are not in a rush to send, we are in a hurry to approve. To get approval, you have to send a good text with good technical analyses,” he noted.

Haddad concluded his speech by saying: “Although we are not completely convinced of the proposal, it is under analysis, as the president follows our every move.”
