Elon Musk lives only in controversy on Twitter. According to the complaint filed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Florida, USA, Tesla is accused of violating the labor rights of its employees.

As directed by the NLRB, Tesla must use notice intervals to post multilingual notices of the decision at the facility, as well as communicate via email to all current and former employees of the company by December 13, 2021.
- In 2021, some employees who questioned why the new members were getting paid more were silenced;

In addition, lawsuits over union gains have also been raised, and another firing in California of two employees who discussed working conditions is being investigated.
