This was Anselmo’s 53rd goal for the Regatian team. He surpassed Neto Piano, who scored 52 goals during his time at Alagoas between 2016 and 2018.
“It’s a very good and enjoyable moment, I thank God for this moment at CRB, where I became the top scorer of the century and I’m happy with this win, we made up for being behind on the scoreboard and we were able to turn things around,” said the striker in an interview with Premier.
The greatest scorer in CRB history is Jusinho Paulista who scored 190 goals. His last season with Galo Alaguano was in 1990.
Anselmo Ramon Numbers
Anselmo Ramon arrived at CRB in 2022 and has since played 138 matches. He therefore has an average of 0.38 goals per match.
In 2024, he helped the club reach the Campeonato Alagoano title and the Copa Nordeste final, which they lost to Fortaleza. Furthermore, he is the top scorer in the Italian league with seven goals.
The striker played for Cruzeiro between 2011 and 2013. In total, he scored 25 goals in 83 appearances. He arrived at CRB after spells in Chinese football, with Guarani, Vitoria and Chapecoense.

With this result achieved on Wednesday, CRB reached 19 points and moved away from the relegation zone. It is now in 14th place in the leaderboard.
The team returns to the field next Saturday (20), at 5pm (Brasilia time), to host Ituano-SP, once again at the Rei Pelé stadium.
