Who has the right?

Workers who have been registered in PIS/Pasep for at least five years and who have formally worked for at least 30 days in the base year considered, are entitled to benefits, at an average monthly wage up to a minimum wage. The amount of the allowance is proportional to the period during which the employee worked under a formal contract in 2020.
