Energias do Brasil (ENBR3) will pay R$651 million in interest on the principal

The Board of Directors of EDP – Energias do Brasil (ENBR3) has agreed to declare interest on equity in the amount of R $ 651,239,000.00 relating to fiscal year 2022.

The information was released on Wednesday night, the 28th.

Initially, the company disclosed the value of R$664,239,000.00 but later updated the value.

The value per common share 1.150641194.00 R$ Earlier, EDP reported value R$1.173610236, however, this number has been updated.

The outstanding shares will be granted on the basic date of January 2, 2023, inclusive.

The shares will be traded on the stock exchange without interest on equity from January 3, 2023.

The interest on equity will be paid up to December 31, 2023, without any cash adjustment or any other reward.
