Malloy drones can move equipment, weapons and even casualties from the front line and are part of Britain’s aid package for Ukraine.

The UK Department of Defense conducted a military evacuation demonstration using an advanced Malloy quadcopter. These innovative drones are included in the UK’s humanitarian aid package for Ukraine. This was reported by the British Ministry of Defence Facebook.

“Unmanned aerial vehicles such as Malloy drones operated by the British Army can move equipment, weapons and even casualties from the front line and are part of our current aid package to Ukraine,” the UK Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The video footage clearly demonstrates the operation, during which the unmanned quadcopter, mounted on a special suspension tube, carries the wounded soldier. The quadcopter carefully lands at a predetermined location, where its companions are ready to welcome it, ready to provide any assistance needed.

More about Malloy Drones

Malloy Drones are manufactured by Malloy Aeronautics. These drones have three models namely T150, T400 and T80. A British Ministry of Defense video shows the T400 drone in action. This model is capable of lifting up to 180 kg in any weather and can deliver loads to any specific point.

The drone has removable rechargeable batteries, so you don’t have to wait hours to recharge it. The T400 has redundant avionics, drive system and battery, allowing you to focus on the mission, not the vehicle.

In addition, the drone can take off vertically, have a flying distance of up to 70 km and can work offline for 35 minutes.
