Dragon's Dogma 2 has received a barrage of criticism on Steam

Capcom is aware of issues with Dragon's Dogma 2

Capcom, after numerous complaints from players surfaced in the first hours of launch, posted a note on Steam admitting to knowing about an issue where NPCs would consume a lot of CPU resources when found in large numbers.

It even explained that it realizes that reducing the load on the GPU in these situations does not significantly reduce the problem, but is looking into ways to improve performance. In addition to the performance issue, Capcom is also investigating the causes of other bugs and crashes in Dragon's Dogma 2.
