Dreaming of studying abroad? So put it in your diary! Four of the world’s leading universities based in the United Kingdom will come together in an online event called “Study in the UK Day” on the Estudar Fora platform, an initiative of Fundaçção Estudar.
The online event starts on October 26th at 2pm and is aimed at Brazilian students who are pursuing postgraduate studies abroad.
Interested parties have the opportunity to speak to experts from universities such as Cambridge, Imperial College London and University College London. QS World University Rankings.

The event will feature chats with experts, an exclusive simultaneous translation program on the full workings of the British education system, how to get financial aid to pay for studies, what careers are available and how to get a visa.
The United Kingdom is the second most popular destination for Brazilians looking to study abroad and receives around 440,000 international students annually.
“We thought about this event because studying in the United Kingdom opens up an interesting opportunity for Brazilian students. The universities are among the best in the world and the academic reputation of the institutions reinforces the importance of the European country’s education system,” says Beatriz Alvarenga, a higher education expert at Fundazo Estuder.
According to Beatrice, the event “aims to showcase the options beyond American universities that are most preferred by Brazilians, and to provide all the necessary support and opportunities that the United Kingdom offers to Brazilians who wish to study abroad”.
