Djavan returns to the stage in 2023 with the “D” tour, after a prominent participation in important festivals the previous year. The singer, who released his 25th studio album in August 2022, will take his presentation to more than 50 cities in Brazil, Europe and the United States. In Salvador, the show will take place on September 2 at Concha Acústica at the Teatro Castro Alves (TCA), with tickets sold at Sympla at prices ranging from R$80 to R$260 for the first batch.
“D”‘s tour repertoire includes tracks from his most recent albums, such as “Num Mundo de Paz” and “Iluminado”, as well as hits from all stages of his discography. Djavan points out that classics such as “Sina” and “Fleur de Lys” are songs that always have a guaranteed place in his performances, because they are so dear to the audience.
On stage, Djavan will feature a team of musicians who have accompanied him at different stages of his career, including Marcelo Mariano on bass and vocals, Felipe Alves on drums, Joao Castillo on guitar, acoustic guitar and vocals, Paulo Calasan on piano, keyboards and vocals, Renato Fonseca on keyboards and vocals, Jesse Sadoc on trumpet, Fluglorn and vocals, and Marcelo Martins on saxophone, flute and vocals. The tour promises to be a unique experience for fans of the singer, with a selection of songs and performances that celebrate his remarkable career in Brazilian music.
