Striker Raniel can hit back at Burrow II at any time. The player will return to Cruzeiro on loan from Santos, the current owner of the athlete’s economic rights, for a season. Negotiations have progressed a lot in the past hours and the hammer should be struck on Sunday.
Information about Raniel’s negotiations with Cruzeiro was expected by UOL and confirmed by Itatiaia.
Also, according to the report’s findings, there are still details to be determined. One such issue is the question of salary, as Raniel makes a big salary in Santos.
Raniel has received offers from CSA and Vasco recently, but has considered wanting to return to Belo Horizonte and defend Cruzeiro again. This season, he suffered from physical and personal problems, scoring only one goal in 19 matches.
Historical
Raniel was at Cruzeiro between 2016 and 2019, when he left the Blue Club to defend Sao Paulo. At the time, negotiations were about €3 million (about R$12 million at that year’s bid). The amount São Paulo paid for 50% of the striker’s rights.
Now Raniel is 25, and spends periods in his school curriculum in Santa Cruz (the club he revealed), Cruzeiro, Sao Paulo and Santos.
