With a team of 50 professionals, Digital Ethos has already worked with clients in 15 countries
This is the second M&A this year for Cadastre, which already bought Brazilian e-commerce integration company M3.
Global marketing, technology, business strategy, data and analytics solutions company Cadastra has taken another important step in consolidating its global platform, announcing its second acquisition of the year, UK digital marketing agency Digital Ethos. Based in Leicester and employing 50 professionals, Digital Ethos is a full service digital marketing agency serving clients in 15 countries. With this acquisition and company M3 e-commerce announced in October, Cadastre tripled its international operations, creating nearly 700 employees, seven offices and operations in more than 20 countries. Founded by Luke Tobin in 2016, Digital Ethos has a recognized presence in the UK, having already made two smaller acquisitions and been certified as a B Corp company. Over the past five years, the agency’s revenue has grown exponentially. Combining marketing, data and technology, with a culture focused on best practice in people management and performance, the company has worked for major British brands such as NHS, Flutterwave, JD Group, Co-op and Scrivens. In terms of services, SEO, paid media, social media, digital PR, public relations and content production are offered. Also notable is the web development area that works with technologies like Shopify and WordPress.

Over the next 12 months, the companies will design an integration plan, which will include rebranding the digital ethos to Cadastra EMEA and sharing teams and resources in London and Brazil.
